Something to Smile About :)

Because we’re sponsored by Epic Dental, October and the requisite candy they shovel into stores this month are like the Super Bowl around here.

As a public service to you, we’re happy to provide you with this list of last minute, cheap and clever costume ideas. Thanks to Mike down in Sacramento for passing these along!

Bet We Can Get You to Smile Again, Visit Epic Dental!

STSA #66: Trick or Treat

Something to Smile About :)

Because we’re sponsored by Epic Dental, October and the requisite candy they shovel into stores this month are like the Super Bowl around here.

We’re gearing up for some seriously sweet tricky and treaty fun around my house, so we’ll devote the next couple of Something to Smile About’s to October 31st and its resulting sugar crash.

Bet We Can Get You to Smile Again, Visit Epic Dental!

The door bell rings, and a man answers it. Here stands a well dressed kid in a black suit carrying a briefcase, saying “Trick or Treat!” The man asks the kid who he’s dressed up as for Halloween. The kid says, “I’m an IRS agent.” Then he takes 28% of the man’s candy, leaves, and doesn’t say Thank You.

Ha! Thanks to Sherry in Seattle for forwarding that along to us. We had a dentist who actually gave out toothbrushes for Halloween. While you don’t need to go that far, Epic’s individually-wrapped pieces of gum will counter those sweet treats you’ll be dropping in bags and baskets at the end of the month. Please visit our friends at Epic Dental to get yours in time for Halloween.

Remember, you can get latest, greatest deals, treats and news when you like ‘em on Facebook and/or start following us on Twitter.
