I love the Xylitol Sweetener and prefer it to all other sugar substitutes. It has a great texture, flavor, and (best of all) no aftertaste.It works great in my cooking and baking, too! It is an essential element in helping me to control my diabetes.

I am very pleased with this brand of xylitol. It has a finely grained texture that dissolves quickly in liquid. I have not seen this quality in other brands which cost more. Unlike sugar, xylitol does not harm my teeth, and also unlike sugar, it has a low glycemic level which is why I use it. Although some people have a temporary gastrointestinal intolerance to excessive amounts of sugar alcohols, I have noticed that xylitol causes the least number of these problems. I cook with it all the time. For me, it is my permanent sugar substitute!

I have so far used the sweetener to make icecream and cookies and both were delicious! It can also be added to unsweetened almond milk to make it taste more like milk.

I use this on cereal, in my tea, AND I made a batch of raspberry jelly using xylitol instead of sugar ... superb and guilt free to boot. Next on the canning list is grape juice, sweetened with xylitol. Then xylitol mixed with Vietnamese cinnamon sprinkled on my butternut squash.

My husband and I haven't gotten one single cavity since using your Xylitol Sweetner in our coffe/tea each mornings. I love getting the "good work" encouragement everytime I leave my dentist's office!

What can I say? It tastes like xylitol. That's a good thing in my book! We use a lot of this.

Since I am purchasing Xylitol sweetener by the 5# bag, and 5 to 8 at a time, it's probably clear that I'm not just standing around these heavy bags of sparkly crystals with a spoon and a few assistants with notepads are furiously writing things down while I sample each of ten bags, then say, Hmmmmm. Good, but...not sure about the oral aural aftertaste...Wait! Give sample 89 another 10. Epic Xylitol sweetener is the best thing since sugar. Only better because it doesn't rot my teeth, make me fat, fill me with possible inventive new toxic chemicals, or enslave seven year old malnourished unfortunates working in the sugar factory megacorporation so they can help put gruel in the family larder and stave off starvation for the 14 brothers and 17 sisters, living in the one room house. So, Xylitol feels good, tastes perfect, does not poison or enchubby me, dissolve my teeth, does not plow huge holes in our finite earth. Actually, I add the Xylitol to my nasal irrigation solution, as I have chronic allergies and polyps. It was recommended by my ENT Dr. Together with sea salt and boric acid, the solution works great. I have gone from having 2 sinus infections a year to having none with daily rinses. Bet you won't hear that story often!

The ziploc seal at the top is almost impossible to reseal, I worked on it for five minutes last week before giving up and going off in search of a clothespin. I seem to remember that they used to be much more user friendly. I've had a couple of spills as a result of this terrible sealing situation. Please fix this - the product is too expensive to be sweeping up off of counters and shelves! Thanks.

I LOVE this stuff!! except the bag would not reseal. I had to put it all into a gallon size ziploc to make sure it stays fresh.

I really cannot tell the difference. I use it in coffee every day and it tastes like sugar! I used it to sweeten the kids' lemonade and they never knew the difference.

8.5 YEARS AGO, I WAS TOLD I HAD PROSTATE CANCER. I WAS LOOKING FOR A SUGAR REPLACEMENT WHEN I FOUND XYLITOL. ALSO MY WIFE HAS SUGAR PROBLEMS SO XYLITOL WORKS GREAT FOR US. TASTE JUST LIKE SUGAR. WE COOK WITH IT AND CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE. I LOVE IT.

I've been using xylitol for about 5-6 years (maybe longer) and love it. I still use regular sugar but only for baking things I am giving away. Things consumed at home are made with xylitol.

We use it in baking and with a little cinnamon in the morning coffee...yum.

After suffering with migraine headache for years and finding out I have an allergy to any kind of sweetener, this product was was a godsend. I can now enjoy my favorite breads/desserts without any adverse side affects. Only good and beneficial affects. Thank You so much for this product.!

A sugar alcohol doesn't affect your insulin levels but still gives you the taste of sugar. without the cavities!

We have been purchasing products from Epic dental for at least four years. They always provide prompt service and handle any questions or delivery problems quickly and fairly. Having a toothpaste without fluoride is important to us. The added benefit of Xylitol makes it just that much better. The gum and mints are delicious (and healthy!) and my wife uses the bulk Xylitol in her baking. Our friends always laugh when we tell them our cookies are actually healthy for them. If only they would understand the difference they would be so much better off. I highly recommend Epic Dental and give them a 5-star recommendation for both products and service.

Since going sugar free, I was missing my homemade full cream caramels that I make in my microwave oven. The first thing I tried when I got my Xylitol was caramels. They turned out awesomly wonderful, and just as good as my original ones.

I used the Xylitol sweetener in healthy chocolate cupcakes and took them to my daughter's Kindergarten class for treats. They loved them! Also works well in things like cranberry relish, or mixed in plain Greek yogurt topped with fresh or frozen fruit. I can tell I'll be needing more of this!

I'm rating the product page, not the actual product. I have been researching xylitol for my ear infection and I think this page is funny. As for the joke "a pets pillow" I don't recommend this product being around dogs. But I am considering purchasing.

Really nice product. It doesn't get cakey in the bag like some other Xylitol I bought online from another source. I am very happy with this product and will re order soon.

My husband has severe tooth decay from lack of saliva. His dentist told him not to come back to his office until he had purchased Xylitol; he was adamant that it would help. He was right. The next visit my husband's teeth had not continued to deteriorate and the dentist is actually making progress in saving his teeth. Also, I have a blood sugar imbalance and must avoid all carbohydrates. We started using the Xylitol in everything we eat or drink and LOVE it. The taste is exactly like sugar without the chemical aftertaste of Splenda or the green leaf juice taste of Stevia. Wish you had more products with Xylitol in it. Our whole family is benefitting from this.

5lbs of sweet that's good for your teeth; what more could you ask for?

I have a huge sweet tooth, but need to keep my weight and blood sugar down. For dessert, I take just a quarter teaspoon of xylitol straight from the bag. Or since it's recommended to prevent tooth decay, mix a little with water and after brushing my teeth have a dessert mouth wash. Weird, but it works.

I use this to bake with, to sweeten my smoothies or cereal, and to make raw chocolate. I choose to avoid cane sugar whenever possible, and xylitol is the best substitute ever. Thank you.

Xylitol Sweetener? It's the greatest ever! I use it in everything that I need a sweetener for.....whole grain muffins, a little with with my berries, sometimes with my morning protein drink, etc......so much better in all ways than the regular sugar. Oh yes, the gift that you included with my order....the Epic Toothpaste (with Floride), sorry about that one. I never use toothpaste with Floride, but I do have your alternative toothpaste without the Floride, which I have found to be absolutely marvelous! Keep up the good work! What shall do with the Floride toothpaste(?)...my grown children, (nor the grandchildren), do not use the Floride version either. jpg/Orem,Ut

Easy to use, with a little bit of practice. I use it to offset some of the sugar in my baking recipes.

I love the Xylitol Sweetener. It does not have that artificial sugar taste. I even use it in my baking recipes.

Xylitol has been a great sweetener for us as we try to limit our general sugar intake. Great for those who watch their calories, are on a diet, or generally want to “feel” better. Plus epic’s sweetener is definitely high grade, more so than some of the competition we’ve tried.

It's very good and replaces the sugar without the terrible aftertaste of the artificial sweeteners.
