How much of a commission do you offer on affiliate sales?

The commissions are tiered based on the amount of sales you generate per month; they are as follows:

• $0-200 sales/month = 15% Commission
• $201-400 sales/month = 20% Commission
• $401+ sales/month = 25% Commission

When will I get paid?

All checks are cut on the 5th of every month.

Is there a minimum payout amount?

Yes, the minimum payout for all affiliates is $50 USD.

How can I keep track of my affiliate sales?

All you have to do is login to your account through our site and you can keep track of all your sales and other stats.

Do I have to fill out any forms for tax purposes?

Yes. You need to fill out a simple W-9 form. You can download it here and then fax it to 801-374-2253.
