As I?m older every time I eat my teeth feel it. I?m still working and with COVID I?m not allowed to brush my teeth at work or not do I have the time. My dental situation isn't the best. Using Epics toothpaste, mouth wash, and chewing gum, I have stabalized the situation. It is too early in my journey with Epic to claim improvements but I am delighted with my results so far.
Lots of patients have gingivitis (bleeding gums) I have recommended many different products, but Epic changed everything . The benefits of xylitol is definitely epic! I personally have seen my patient? gums improve, not only one person, many people! It?s easy, delicious and so beneficial. So much so, I?m also using it as well.

I use the mouthwash just before bedtime, to ward off nighttime dry mouth. It really works.
I was told by our dentist that the toothpaste and the mouthwash were both for adults and kids, but now I am not so sure. My kids complained often about the mouthwash being too strong and burning their mouth. So I gave it a try and it really does burn a lot, I?m not sure why. The toothpaste we are still trying it out but I don?t think we will continue buying the mouthwash.

I've used the Spearmint Mouthwash for many years now. I like how clean my mouth feels after rinsing and that that there is Xylitol instead of alcohol.
But it requires you to really brush up morning and evening in order to see the full effect If you skip one night... Well you're already know
One has fluoride, the other doesn't. Both are stuffed with xylitol. Pick whichever one strikes your fancy.
